WatPhraKaeo(PhraKaeo temple)

Local people usually call it WatPhraKaeo, was built in Rama I at the start of Ratanakosin era in the year of 1782. This temple was built in the the part of grand palace so they are not any monks in this temple and beside that there is aEmerald Buddha inside. This Buddha considered as a symbolic Buddha of Thailandwhich located in the chapel. In the are of this temple also consists of the Ramayana’s story wall painting from the start to end of the story,

PrasartPhraDebidorn,  ChakriMahaPrasat Throne Hall and etc. Open daily from 8.30 – 15.30, admission fee for foreigner is 350THB/person and free for Thai

You can take bus no. 1,25 or 53 from the hotel and it would take only around 10 minutes
